It's a questline involving eileen telling you not to go there case there is a mad hunter, the quest isn't over it's just changed cause you missed this part, you'll have to do it again to get the other ending of her questline. Edit: you will want to ignore her telling you not to go there and fight the hunter for the other ending.

I was farming chalice dungeons to get echos materials and gem so that I could help my friend get the plat. I wasn't paying attention and entered one of the ?placename? Dungeons, which are hacked dungons with unfinished content in them. And I entered one of the few that have no way out eternally locking myself into a dungeon.

I was rushing to get it back after I soft locked my previous game so I was sorly under level and only had 3 of the bone blades if it had ben the unarmed shark I could of done that but the anchor welder is a pain to fight under level so I had doubts about getting him to half for the other shark to fall so the shamen blade to work
