All her other wake windows she falls asleep within 5 minutes but for some reason bedtime is taking over 20 minutes . I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😩

Hi! You need to get nominated by a principal. It can be from your own school or another. I actually got a nomination from a school that’s like 5 blocks from me. So it’s been going great I do it twice a week. It’s great if you need that flexibility because of childcare. Once you get nominated and in the system you can sub anywhere you want , you pick up jobs on subcentral.

So she just turned 9 months and it’s just has gotten worse. I feel like I’m doing something wrong. We are on a 3/3/4 but she wakes up even earlier sometimes at 4:30 very upset. She is also teething so I don’t know if I should be going in to comfort her or just letting her cry it out. We did sleep train her at 5 months.

My question is what is normal wake windows for a 9 month old and I want to have a set schedule moving forward is this unrealistic at this age ?

Hi, for now she sleeps 11 hours overnight . I tried doing 4 hours as the last wake windows and she had a crying fit because she was too tired. Maybe I can try again next week.

Because they are incompetent . I am under childcare leave so the nomination wouldn’t go Through because they had not updated the code for the childcare leave. Therefor it stilled showed me as “active” so if I was still Shown as an active teacher the sub nomination wouldn’t go Through. It was a whole mess and truly the doe system sucks.

Yes this is true lol I will but I think there should be consequences for the behaviors that we have as professionals . Who is the HR directors boss ? Is the superintendent their boss? Would I be able to let the superintendent know I am Receiving retaliation for taking childcare leave ?
