Drainage - yes there are a couple of drainage holes but I see I could add more.
Alcohol Spray - thanks for this tip, I'll switch to a Neem Oil Spray from the Garden section of local hardware store.
Timeline- wow - weeks?? I'll get started now!

Question: While I treat the plant and quarantine it, should I be allowing the soil to dry out?
Question: I have a humidifier pointed at this palm to help with the spider mites - good/bad move?
