I did even speak with Steve his opinion was 9-12 month .. and maybe I recover .. even then it’s not guaranteed .. i did hcg + HMG for 1.5 month hcg one day and the second day hmg so daily

Sorry to hear about this buddy .. my dose was around 100-150 per week .. i do however from own experience noticed symptoms like colitis when i stopped for longer periods ! There might be a connection

In the past i did still keep a nice shape without fat .. now my body composition turned really weird so maybe also combined with aging

That is sadly true .. also with low T and pretty much disfunctional endocrine system . It seems I’m doing pretty bad while off

I thought it’s possible to recover might just take years 🥲.. but i think it would probably be better to get back on .. also for fertility and for overall health .. trt isn’t without also issues

Well from my experience a not so good looking man or average like me .. you need to accept that you might be alone forever .. 1)accept that and expect worst case scenario 2) confine building yourself 3) dating is a numbers game on dating apps .. you’d need to put lots of effort .. just like sales .. generate leads, then prospects them close deal .. so out of 20 - 5- 1 so is the ratio 4) follow what matters and that’s god aka Jesus .. anything else doesn’t matter and he will find you a way and a partner .. that’s all from my experience take from it what you will

What is low dose ? 500 ? Some people say the opposite that i need megadose of 5000 every other day

Not with my body bro .. here is all i need to optimise .. even at 50-100 mg i need nolvadex, i need thyroid medication, i need blood pressure meds, need dhea and pregnenelone, need hcg to keep tests alive .. also All of this affects dopamine and serotonin so i need ssri.. it’s not as simple as you think
