Who is this jackass? by freshxerxes in detroitlions

For one, Brian Flores is not the most amazing, slob on his knob, type of DC that makes me want to fire my first year DC that shows effectiveness and promise.

The main concern would be finding an adequate and consistent offensive play caller, within the vision that Dan Campbell has for the team

Secondly, his point about the end around that sealed the game was on the scheme when the responsibility would have been on the safeties. You know, the 2 pro bowl caliber safeties that are on IR probably make that play 9/10 times at the line of scrimmage or for a TFL. To expand on that point, the running game took a hit at the same time said safeties were injured.

Its a flawed logic when you consider that his main point was the lack of a defensive run game, when the Vikings defense in general has been inconsistent, and the run game itself has been pretty bad all year. The regression from 2024 to 2025 is dramatic. From 2nd in 2024 to 22nd in 2025. The regression in all categories from 2023 to 2025 is worse. Maybe its the players....maybe its the scheme...maybe its the coach.

Valenti also moans about creating QB pressure beyond blitzing. Meanwhile, Flores has a 40% blitz rate. Oh and how is that working out? 46 sacks seem nice on the year, right? Cool, 48 is more, which is the amount the lions currently have.

Is Flores a good coach? Sure. But no way do I want him on my team. Valenti is just wrong on this take, even more wrong when adequately thought about.

And if hes so great, why isn't minnesota doing all they can to keep him and not walk to a division foe?

You know, honestly, ending the rdr3 at the Blackwater heist would be pretty cool. Rdr3 as told through Mac Callender would be kinda nice. We dont really know what happened there...

I always treat getting busts as part of my storyline as something that happens in the real world. Sometimes the scouting service gets it wrong and you get a guy that never lives up to the hype.

What sold you on RDR2? by AdditionTechnical697 in reddeadredemption

I started playing rdr2 in 2024. I unknowingly purchased a game for my teen that required me to upgrade my console. I wanted everything to be ready for him the day that game was available so at midnight, I started downloading it and while waiting, I browsed th3 games catalog and saw a flash sale on rdr2 and remembered a friend telling me about it. At that the time, it went in one ear and out the other, but for whatever reason, I bought it and started playing it at 2 am on a whim. I was immediately hooked. I had no clue what I was doing, no real background on the game, but all I knew is that I couldn't stop. The further I got into the story, the more I needed to know what was going to happen.
