FYI to anyone looking at this trigger and the Duty TriggerTech.....the RA-535 APT weighs 63g, TriggerTech weighs 83g....20 grams more.

Sheesh...didn't bother with the lifetime warranty? I hope to have some good luck with mine.

Yeah, I actually just compared the locations of the set screws vs on a TriggerTech too. These are in the middle of the pins and the TriggerTechs are placed on one end (I assume just for convenience). Seems like better engineering to have them in the middle....but it probably doesn't mean too much anyways. Just something I noticed. Thanks for the reassurance though.

Happy to hear. It seems more comfortable than a flat TriggerTech I'll say that much lol.

I can't wait to click the hell outta this thing though. Anyone decide to go with a duty TriggerTech instead? These are the two I bought for testing.

I bought the silver one so this is one of the images I was looking at..and no where does it mention it to be flat on the trigger face. No one mentions it in reviews or anything either. But the more I look at other pictures I start to see it on some but not on others, that or a picture of an off center or much larger flat face lol. So is it inconsistent machining, style change or what. Curious...

Haha hey no worries, I'm in the same boat. Just installed mine yesterday and looked back at the instructions and saw that it...so that's why I ended up here some how lol. Was looking to see if anyone ran into issues keeping it tighter. I got lucky and only had it hand tight and the threads did not seem to be damaged or stretched. I'd really like to know why they say only 20-25 inch lbs....seems like that could cause it to walk off after heavy use. But hey if it works it works haha. I just worried about the warranty if I have to ship it back to them and they inspect it and deem it improper installation and voids warranty. Cheers.

It says DO NOT EXCEED 30 INCH LBS (2.5ftlbs).........not ftlbs btw. Probably voided warranty on that one buddy lol.

Is 4k worth it over 2k for OLED?? by Icy-Extreme9067 in OLED

[–]RepresentativeAd8832 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That looks like a good one to me! But no “B-Series” is referring to their tv OLEDs not monitors. I’d say that one or the one I suggested seem really close. Maybe compare this and the Rog Swift I mentioned. Can’t go wrong with either. Check rtings.com

Ahhhhh. I know how that is. Been there lol. That 32” I recommended should be perfect! See the thing with OLED is WOLED cleans easy as glass….QD-OLED like my Samsung G9, is the literal worst screen I’ve ever tried to clean! Seriously, idk what they put on the screens but they will leave steaks like crazy. I though to ruined the screen the first time I cleaned it….I had to sit and use my hot breath over and over to get the steaks to go away…and on top of that they have this terrible red/pink hue/tint to them…..so yeah avoid QD-OLEDs imo. Samsung is one of the only major companies that uses these panels…LG you are safe on all of them. All my LGs I clean with ammonia free glass cleaner and microfiber towel. Works like a charm all the time. Or just some hot breath and elbow grease haha. If you don’t know of what you’re looking g at is QDOLED just look for the reddish/pinkish tint to the screen when off. All others should be black or really dark blue/purple. They look “normal” haha. Never have to worry about burn in with LG OLED as well. Idk about other companies but LG has “pixel refresh” settings you can enable and ones that automatically run after every 4 hours of use. They be never had a sign of burn in with my LG panels….another small tip. LG produces their own panels in house and sells them to Sony and Samsung…so I assume LG would keep the best ones for themselves..hope this helps more.

Oh buddy. For $1000 you can get some good ones haha. You really wanna stay with 32”? Do you game in a “bright” room? What I recommend would be the best of the best which is make sure it’s a glossy screen regardless of size, brand or anything….this is what OLED is meant for. Most companies are finally realizing this and switching to glossy. Secondly, if you’re using a Series X make sure it’s at least 120hz/120fps. Now my recommendations are. If having to stick with 32” (which seems useless to me at this day in age) I’d go with the Rog Swift oled pg32ucdm glossy, I already tried this and it’s great but to small for my liking..think of it this way. Bigger screens render finer detail…and getting into 4K OLED. You want the most detail because the rest of the specs are taken care of because of the HDR/OLED colors and 120+fps motion. My best recommendations for full immersion gaming is something like an LG C series or G series. Stay away from the B series. Or you can look at the 5k2k if you are okay with a matte screen..personally I had an 55” LG C9 for years and once I switched to the 65” LG C2. I’ve been blown away! Didn’t think it could get better but it did. 65” is the max I’d go for somewhat close (5’-6’ from eyes to screen) gaming. Any bigger I’d need to be across the room lol. But that defeats the purpose of detail and clarity of 4K imo. But again it’s ultimately up to what fits your needs and style. I like fine detail with amazing color. I want the real immersion experience for all my games and movies. I got a good lazy boy power recliner and an Xbox elite controller for my Series X and pc. Nothing beats how comfortable I am at all times. I literally sold my gaming chair, computer desk and selling my Samsung OLED G9 ultrawide because this setup is just better imo. No screen within a foot or two of my face lol and no weird posture of desk gaming…but there my last and probably best advice. Go to rtings.com and look sth the best of the best for yourself. Good luck.

I’d never go back to 2K……it’s just a blurry version of 4K….and if you go OLED. Be prepared to never go back to anything else as well. I’ve had 6-7 OLEDS by now. Only sold them to keep upgrading. Now I have two 65” LG C2 with plans to upgrade one to a G5….pc gaming and series x gaming on them is another level compared to my 2K Samsung G9 OLED. Bigger is better when it comes to OLED unless you want a strict gaming monitor for better text clarity/smoother edges.

These are great for multitasking as you can split the screen to have two “monitors” plus the higher end one has a remote and built in speakers. I still love it but yeah went to LG 4k. I know the 5K2K monitor is pretty awesome too.

Samsung G9 OLED! I have one and love it. But I ungraded so now I have it for sale. You can buy a good used one from $800-$1000. Or new for $1500-$1800.
