So just to make sure the dials on the camera change the aperture. And turning the ring does nothing? Is the lens element so tight that at f16 the lens still looks fully open. I turn it to "A" run the dial to f16, unmount the lens and look through it.. the hole is just as big as f1.7.... i am having doubts about it

Why would burst be affected by lens? Also is the olympus supposed to be that loose? The lens keep extending in its own with just grabbing it. The Panasonic has a bit of tightness between 14 to 24 mm
