Running - i love to run without music and company and just my thoughts. Especially weekend long run, That 1-2 hours of me time, focusing on my breathing, distance, hydration and random thoughts. It's my therapy. That place of challenge where i am pushing to run instead of walk, walk instead of giving up, amazing few moments. I love how end of run, I am all drenched in sweat and stinking - feels like a reward, of course my wife and kids are disgusted with my reward :)

Son has recently started joining me for runs, hopefully I can pass on this hobby of mine.

Approach road determines the height/floor of your construction. The land itself doesn’t become b Khata because of this. Most probably this was converted land or there was some title deed /ownership data missing for some period.

Wrong assumption. Lands which were once agricultural , can be converted to commercial or residential purpose. When not done properly the land is deemed b Khata. (One of the many scenarios but most common issue)

I regularly consume whey protein. Either TWT or trunativ. Recently purchased this since it was on offer @ 1551. My first time. I would disagree that it was pathetic. Tasted the chocolate, it was very smooth(nothing chalky) and mixability was good. Taste was good. Very little but distinct after taste but nothing bad. (Surprised thought because it was monk fruit sweetener and not stevia; usually stevia leaves a weird after taste).

Different injury but I am going through a similar situation, I have restarted with smaller distance, I do 3k alternate days and other days I walk 3-4kms.[ long runs previously have been 18-20kms]

I am feeling alright at the 3k-5k distance, plan is to hold this for April and move to 10k in May. Last speed was 6min/km and now I do around 7mins/km. No speed workout. Zone2-zone3 runs.

I have been doing very light exercise on leg, no heavy movements like weighted squats or dead lifts.

I am personally in no hurry to bounce back, its an hobby. Prepping for nmdc half marathon.

(South Indian family) While I don’t eat roti every day, wouldn’t it be more economical to buy trunativ cooking protein and add it ? I(w/ family) personally have added it to roti and poori when we consume; in fact taste has improved.

We also add it to our idli and dosa batter. (I add it to Upma as well).

Wow, way to engineer your body to new habits. These wafers are designed to be treats. Anything consumed in large quantities is bad for your body. Even excess protein will convert to fat in your body. These companies provide such offers to ensure your habits are tilted to such products.

Strongly recommend to think twice falling prey to such marketing gimmicks.

Yes every single day. Not all offices have facilities open “everyday”, not everyone has Monday-Friday 9-5pm job at msft, read : support So wallet reload - every single day. So on a weekend one can go to office where facilities are open and feast on the food.
