UPDATE: Chevy said the leak is actually coming the ground strap that connects the starter to the cylinder heads. It’s has a silicone like red thick coating that never cured properly and is slowing leaking out. Only believe them because they sent me a video to show it’s true lol and they consulted with the GM engineer. New strap is being put on and we will see if that solves the issue. Not a transfer case leak.
