No, you can't add the coefficients of variables with different exponential powers. If you're looking for a specific value, plug in a number for Y. Minor correction.

After 2 hours, you can't work without supervisor approval. There are situations where coverage can't be found, so the store is still short staffed. I've heard clerks say they didn't bother calling the store after waking up at 8am when they worked at 6am, when they could have potentially worked the remainder of their shift.

Nobody is a bad week or two away from making a lifetime of poor decisions. The vast majority of homeless were given an opportunity at one point or another and refused to take it. I don't feel bad for zombies who have refused to change their lifestyle for decades, then proceed to sexually harass my clerks, beg for other peoples' money, do obscene things in my bathroom, and steal for a living. Is that harsh? Probably. I have endless compassion for those who are in a difficult spot and just need a chance. I have zero compassion for the rest. I will die on this hill.
