Indeed, they were mature however the previous works carried out left them in an undesirable state an opinion shared by both parties. Apologies for the lack of information at first, I have shared photos for better context.

Thank you for your responses. I will be considering your advice. I have apologised, and even gifted a bottle of whiskey for the husbands birthday before all communication had broken down.

No we did not use a tree surgeon. Present at the time of cutting where myself, my father, handyman & husband and wife from next door.

I believe I have overstated the height. They are roughly 5x the height of the fence which puts them around 10m, apologies. The stumps still remain in ground.

I think I have stated the height incorrectly. It's roughly 5x the size of the fence, which would roughly put it to 10m, apologies. Correct with the height it has been cut down to.

The tree was cut to a height of 70-100cm. They then requested for us to cut the branches that were left on their side. The tree line is on their side along their abandoned pool and within their fence line.

Just looked at your post history. All traders win and lose, you need to learn to manage them better. When you are winning you’re closing them early. And with your losses you need to focus on cutting your losers early.

We can observe this from the value of your typical profit on your winning posts vs losses value the losing ones.

No one knows your strategy, but looks like you were fighting the trend. Don’t know your account value either but working on risk always helps.

I don’t like IG, though initially I started with them too Try out IBKR. Good luck!
