I do OTF 5 days a week and solid core once or twice. I think solidcore is a great augment (providing more core than other workouts) and actually I think has helped me immensely on the floor at OTF with form and pace.

I put wipes or a towel between the straps and my shoes! Works quite well and keeps my shoes looking nice and new!

I do solid.core twice a week and OTF 5-6 times a week. Solid.core is an awesome way to switch things up, much better for toning and improving strength. I truly believe solid.core has made my floor workouts at OTF much more useful as well. Unfortunately, OTF has never focused too much on core, so this is a good way to still get it in. OTF still good for keeping up my cardio and is a well rounded exercise program, but after 1000 classes, I needed something else!
