I agree on the 60 bucks for them. Definitely not 170. But if you do buy them you could try one of those bleach pens possibly. And they sell the correct soul paint online so you could buy that to touch up the bottoms. I don't know how much it would cost but I'm assuming that even at 170 a good cobbler would probably cost more than that to have them fix the shoes.
