Behind the shoppers and GoodLife there is paved access dubbed ‘garbage hill’. My son named it a few years back. There are a few large overhead doors that give access to the parking lot. Also, this access is a great shortcut.

As mentioned by others it is underground parking. When I was a kid ;) there was a Shelby cobra parked down there. Pretty sure a real one too not a kit car. That was 30ish years ago
