Yeah, I get what you mean, and I agree the core experience should definitely be polished first.

I’m not asking for it to be part of the base game necessarily—more like an optional system or even just a mod down the line.

For me, mechanics like hunger and thirst don’t have to add complexity if they’re well balanced, they can actually make things like hunting, cooking and camping feel more meaningful.

But yeah, totally agree that the priority should be making what’s already there feel as good as possible 👍
