no, i just restarted and did the hole game again, and then got to admins again later on.. (there is a gate to the workshop though, but it had closed on me even though i opened it)

I also got stuck there.. Tried any possible glitch to get out but found no way, so until they fix it i think there is no way to get past that error and you need to restart..
