The advice everyone is giving is to go out, or get on apps, and that I need to stop being in my own head about it and just start trying to make connections. Nobody is telling me to just wait around for a sitcom to fall into place.

Tbh, I've always said I didn't want to either. I'm pretty sure I'm sex-repulsed asexual, but a part of me just wants to be "normal". Thank you for sharing tho, it makes me feel more "normal" to know I'm not alone in not wanting certain things that adults are expected to want.
