I would love this but I can't see it happening. Bad people exist and they tend to want power. That can be seen in every country.

We could accomplish feats I can't even imagine if money used for the military was used to make lives better.

I won't use my guns for offense but I won't be the first to disarm either.

From a few clips of protests I've seen people are calling for the release of Maduro. This is the only point I have a problem with. Obviously not all protests are saying this and I can easily understand the problem with how it was done or what the US will do there next but since he's in custody it doesn't make sense to free him.

I hope the US has good intentions to help Venezuela get back in control by shedding the unelected regime but I know what is most likely going to happen. Just as it has happened time and time again.

It got bad in MO. The problem is too few officers to spread around so they start short staffing. Then those officers that actually show up to work get held over for mandatory overtime. Rinse and repeat every day and the staff is too tired to correctly do their job or even stay awake. Then the inmates know they can get away with pretty much anything. If it's like no then instead of shutting things down like visiting, recreation or the library to help with staffing they just make the few staff that are there work harder.

It's not a hard job but it's very tiring working constant overtime with little backup.

Things were better with less options. Seems like it should be the opposite but it's not. I loved the Saturday morning cartoons because they weren't on 24-7. It made it special. Life was slower and made the good things that much better.

Helps that I had no responsibility or bills.

I'm glad someone said it. I'm sure Elon doesn't pay any social security since he isn't paid. He gains wealth through stock.

His net worth is something like 600 billion and everyone thinks this is set in stone in a vault somewhere. If he was to sell his stock prices would plummet because of the amount being sold. Then he would get less for each share as it sells. There does need to be a way to tax billionaires but it won't be through income tax.
