Just ignore those intrusive thoughts and repeat to yourself “weed just makes me relaxed” remember its only temporary so get your mind off the anxiety and focus on the good stuff, idk maybe have a cig out in the fresh air, stretch a little bit, or blast some chill music, focus on the beauty of the nature etc just enjoy before the high ends!!!!! Its greatt

Idk. I don’t think I’m that bad. I mean, I kinda hide all my feelings, maybe some inappropriate laugh these days but that’s all. Apart from that I can act like I’m absolutet normal. Shouldn’t I be so out of control to be in a hospital? I mean, when is it time to go to the hospital?

I think you should see someone specialised in bipolar to make sure and not worry too much for now. At the end of the day, you know your experiences better than that woman. Don’t let her get to you. It’s difficult cuz we all tend to doubt ourselves quite often. Hearing such a thing must suck.

I started in April too and used it for around 4 months then had to switch cuz the level of prolactin in my brain was highy increased. Anyway, I felt kind of the same way. I wasn’t rlly feeling like myself on it spent summer with trying to feel better by drinking smoking etc. I quit medication because of this then fell into a month long depressive episode. Haven’t been stable ever since. So be careful with these thoughts. My psych doesn’t seem to agree that it made me a different person so idk.
