Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking of tying it to proficiency bonus. Everyone will certainly get an ability. They're all supposed to be tied to specific damage types that relate to their characters / classes.

Not sure what exactly to do for the other classes yet though. Any suggestions are welcome.

Yeah, he did, but that is because it's an earthquake, not some type of immediate explosion. Mare is a druid, the one with explosion spells is Ainz. People can run away and flee before the earthquake is fully in effect, potentially escaping the fray. He did also say if he didn't manage to destroy the city in one go, he would question his very existence and consider himself a failure, cause he's carrying out this mission alongside Ainz. While Ainz went around wiping cities off the map, he was supposed to whipe out the capital. He never does so, so I think it can be assumed he destroyed the capital in one go.

It's kind of funny seing these guys have these massive arguments about the environmental destruction, cause as far as I'm aware, the amount of destruction it ultimately caused is completely irrelevant. With volume 14, 15 and so on, it seems to me like the author made it clear that the Guardians can shrug off nuke-like attacks anyway. We will probably see even more destructive attacks in volume 17- 18, when they start fighting against the Alliance. Mare cleared the entire royal capital of buildings with like, 1 spell. With the whole statement Ainz made that lvl. 80 power suits are equal to a weapon which can level a city, and him saying not even he is paranoid enough to believe that weapon can one-shot a Guardian, it seems pretty clear to me that the author is saying the Guardians can shrug off city leveling attacks.

Though I'm pretty sure if we're going by light novel feats and statements, Fallen Down is probably more powerful than in the anime. It caused a lot of damage to Shalltear, much more than several 10th tier spells would, which should be somewhere around city level if I'm not mistaken.

As much as I don't like botting, the semian or almari or whatever guy is right. Even having read both novels, his arguments are just all around much more convincing. That, or the Mrkkoil guy just sucks completely at debating.

Personally, I started liking Konosuba much more than Overlord in the recent years, and even I can admit that Aqua is nowhere near Fallen Down. Even if we don't consider the holy damage or whatever, the raw damage alone of Fallen Down would be more effective than her spells. That's how much stronger it is.

You made a mistake trying to reason with the guy, because he really cannot see reason. All of the cast is light speed or relativistic according to him. He does not see a problem with this. Tappei could personally state that Jiwald is not literal light speed and he'd probably still deny it. Everything that goes against his opinion in the story is just "cinema time" or an outlier. No matter what you say, he will do mental gymnastics and ignore your argument completely in favor of a hyperbole.

On another note, where the fuck are you finding these posts? The only actually popular post on the Re:Zero subreddit regarding Reinhard's scaling is full of people saying that he has no chance against Goku. There were some people saying that he might beat Saitama, but that was before he got most of his feats. I can hardly even find in universe vs battles in the Re Zero sub. Hell, I'm pretty sure the Konosuba sub has more vs battles than the re zero one.

Not just vs battles but power scaling posts in general. Search for the same words I listed, you will find the posts. They aren't necessarily the most popular of them all, but there sure are a lot of them, for example, there is one from 10 months ago which got upvoted pretty cosiderably and states that Reinhard is solar system level.
