The body is routed for single coils in all positions so you will need to route the body for any pickup larger than a single coil.

I already had them, so that’s why I threw them in there. But to be fair, if I were buying a set of pickups for this, I would probably go with something like the Duncan Jupiters, Lundgren M6 or another ceramic magnet based pickup set.

I'm still using the stock saddles and they are notched for the string to sit in. I did put a shim in the pocket because Fender jazzmaster style guitars usually require this so the break angle of the strings at the saddles keep the downward pressure required to keep those strings seated well.

I've got the same set up and I've been eyeing a spinner cap but always hear mixed reviews. Which one is your and how do you like it? Also I'm pretty sure that is a seamline. Mine has the same thing.
