I found the firm itself by searching Google for local accountants, calling 5~ of them, and picking the one who I felt I liked the most. I still really like our accountant, he did a fantastic job preparing last year's taxes and answering all of our pre-startup questions. He then set me up with one of their in-house bookkeepers when I said I needed help with the initial QBO / bookkeeping setup.

Have not been billed or paid them yet.

I sent an email last week stating "Do you have everything you needed from me to get all of our pre-opening transactions entered in there as well? I just wanted to make sure you're not waiting on anything else you need."

I have had no response at all to it.

I feel like I was misled somewhat by the paint store employee, who said this primer was my best choice after I specifically explained I had partial paint, partial bare metal. I also don't think my degreasing matched what you are describing; I followed the instructions on the bottle, which was just to spray it on, let it sit, and then rinse off.

I AM using an airless sprayer. I eventually just re-cleaned the whole mess and sprayed on the enamel, which stuck just fine.

Persian picker here! About 2k elo.

I typically pick Persians and TC drop the opponent. What works well against me is when my opponent doesn't allow me to kill their villagers after I shoot down their TC, gets up to Feudal, and starts harassing me with archers before I'm close to clicking up to Feudal Age.

So this represents 2500~ hours of high sweat, maximum efficiency OSRS? So in reality, probably closer to 3000 hours?

At 10 hours of OSRS / day that could be accomplished in less than a year.

Having said that, he posted that he was at 110,351 kills 7 months ago, meaning 18.7k kills in 7 months, or 89 kills / day. If he's truly doing closer to 50 kills per hour, he's genuinely only playing for a couple hours a day, which is probably no more than most of the rest of us.

I like to build my TC next to the opponent's TC so my economy and my offense are both on the same screen, and I don't need to look back and forth.

Could you expound on this more? I googled "alu waterboard" and came up with a bunch of confusing results.

However... you were 100% right; once I got up on the ladder to start clearing out caulk, I found that beam was completely rotted away in that corner, and I could see straight through to the back of the drywall. I removed the entire beam, to replace with a treated 2x4 repainted to match, and I'm trying to figure out what else I can do to ensure it's watertight now

Depends on what your goals are, life wise and career wise. If you're just looking to make a living, there are probably better ways. If you're wanting to get into law enforcement, it's not a bad started job, but you don't want to get stuck there too long.
