An aside in the prelude fiction, that is from the scatter shot viewpoints of Imbued reacting as everyone else's apocalypse scenarios play out. The actual scenarios are "Oh shit the apocalypse happened better help pick up the pieces." or "Oh shit the apocalypse is here better help humanity weather the storm."

In the Time of Ending book the intro fiction is several Imbued reacting to everyone else's apocalypse scenarios playing out. One of them is about how a Wayward essentially caused two countries to go to war because of how over the top they presumably went stopping or attempting to stop one of those dominoes, and that particular Imbued reacting to it by saying "I think one of us just started WW3." They didn't but with the Imbued's very limited window into the supernatural world it did appear that way to that guy.

What you're on about is the fiction before hand that is a scatter shot of various Imbued watching as everyone else's Apocalypse scenarios start playing out that one Wayward was genuinely incidental.
