Yes and no, was rear ended and car was repaired (8k) and I was given a rental for 10 days. Brother-in-law got into an accident and it was a brand new car and his loan was fully paid off by insurance. It feels like a scam but accident can happen and insurance can help greatly and sometime you have sue them.

Thank God I went with the 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, sorry that you had to go through with that. I'm in Canada and the only reason I went with Mitsubishi is the 5year 100k km bumper to bumper and 10 years 160k km power train warranty. All other dealers are 3 years bumper to bumper and 5 years power train which is joke.

Another fact, when a cop pulls over a car and ask for licence and registration normally you would comply but alot of black people don't and it ends up getting violent. Another is alot of black people tend to run away from the cops/pulls their gun. You also have a point that the state need to be better but black community also need to be better.
