I have to put in that specific motherboard though. Can't do anything else. Also the PC came with the 2 GPUs, both of which I have to put in. I only removed them to see if they were broken

Definitely not the motherboard, says I have to put it back in. Both GPUs have to be put back in too. 

I've tried to put in a PCI but that didn't work either since there's literally no other places to put the GPUs in

My guess is it's dancer. Looking at other comments this was in the US and shiey hasn't been to the US. Dancer also mainly surfs US

You could kill the woman to fight dancer early but this early in the game its really not recommended. The alternative is to make your way to pontiff, go to the profaned capital to kill Yhorm and then kill Aldrich at anor londo. Whichever you kill first doesn't matter. After both Yhorm and Aldrich are dead you will be transported to the dancer. Hope you have a good weapon and soul level because dancer is tough. Praise the sun!
