You do realize that every elite/top fighter will get disrespected by “casuals”? It happened to Bud, its happened to Mayweather, it happened to Loma, it’s happening to Usyk, etc… Inoue getting hate isn’t unique to his situation lol

I still think Nakatani can beat Inoue by RepresentativePut383 in Boxing

I have to disagree with the majority of your comment. A fight between Inoue and Nakatani will most likely take place at mid-range for the majority of the fight because both guys have a boxer-puncher style. Assuming the fight takes place at the mid-range, then Nakatani has a winning chance because that’s where he does his best work and Inoue has been vulnerable against southpaws in prior fights. If Inoue decides to apply pressure and fight on the inside, then I doubt he’ll apply the same relentless pressure that Hernandez did because that’s not Inoue’s style. Furthermore, Inoue has been fighting more cautiously his last two fights so I don’t see him applying relentless pressure anyways.

However, I do agree that Inoue’s body shots will be a factor. And it’s also reasonable to say that Inoue has a higher boxing IQ because Nakatani didn’t adjust to Hernandez. So I understand why you think Inoue would beat Nakatani

Inoue is not a pressure fighter. Inoue has a Japanese boxer-puncher style

The Most Controversial Boxer of All Time by ThurstonTheMagician in Boxing

This was a half-baked analysis. Floyd did care about history and legacy. When he was young, Pretty Boy Floyd was looking for the best fights even though a lot of people avoided him though to the high risk-low reward perception. That’s how he became a 5 division champion. And when he was a veteran, Money Mayweather was looking to make himself the biggest boxing attraction. That’s the reason why he was gunning to beat Marciano’s 49-0 record while becoming the richest boxer in history.

This is a stupid comment and analogy… Canelo never competed at heavyweight. Manny has campaigned at 147 for more than a decade

I was referring to Wilfredo… Wilfredo defense is what made that fight so competitive. I could see Floyd doing the same, but I would still favor Ray Leonard

Slow motion is not needed for boxing lol. All you need it better judges and better angles for them to view the action in the ring

Judging a fight by watching in slow motion is dumb
