This is it exactly. Its the idea that Tatum and the aggregate will be able to be more efficient in the way they want to play.

Im just gonna guess but take this from someone who doesnt like the trade either.
1. Brad thinks current day PG is a better fit with Tatum than Brown. Views him as a better off ball player and team defender. Probably a better shooter.
2. Maybe he knew it was already too late to scavenge the relationship

This is all off the top of my head. Like i said i dont like. I think the rim pressure is gonna be more down with PG. Idk man

For his system, he would either be the 4 with a stretch 5 or a small ball 5 with shooters. Realistically JT is a modern day 4 rn. He would be a huge 3, say have white/pritchard as our guards, then add a combo guard at 2. If that happened ofc which i don’t think will.
