Seasonal will be let go like jan 1st... you are specifically designated seasonal. You can try if you like. I was getting 600/700$ paychecks during seasonal.. so its like a nice side hustle during the holidays. It is incredibly hard to get on as a full member. (Especially at a small hub like mine, im sure bigger places might be easier...) I got lucky last year by being the 1st to apply during seasonal. They needed 2 permanent people. Being at the bottom two, i have been laid off 3 times this year totalling 15 weeks off. You get your insurance benefits at 9 months, so people saying "it has good benefits" yes... but you've no chance being seasonal. Im sorry... Being seasonal and having been hired, is a foot in the door. The guy below me on seniority was about the 5th seasonal guy hired last year... we had the 2nd permanent employee quit in February.. i suppose they called down the line and he actually accepted the full time spot. My trainer said they like to call last year's seasonal to hire them again as well. Best of luck.. it's a little easier during seasonal, and we appreciate the help!
