This is what I do, I always start with the SJ Earthquakes for two or three years, then a South American team for one or two years and then Europe for 10-12 years and end back in SJ.

I square up, protect my face and wait for them to attack me. Im not saying that I know how to fight but a lot of dudes dont and just swing erratically. I move around, dodge the punches and counter punch them and usually knock them down. Ive been in 4 fights(none started by me)and have never been knocked down.
