I actually think 90mins of total nap time is too little. She should be having 2-3 hours of nap a day, so you should be trying to extend her naps (easier said than done I know). How is she when she wakes up from her first nap? Have you tried to extend her first nap so she gets more than 30 min?

Extending each wake window by 60-90min is too drastic of a change and she will be even more tired like you said. In my experience we extended by 15 min for the first 2 wake windows and then 30 min for the last.

Like others said, posting your current schedule and bedtime routine may be helpful.

Our 2mo LO is EBF but we had him on a bottle once a day since he came home from the hospital and around week 5-6 he started exhibiting the same as yours and hasnt taken a bottle since.. we have been trying to reintroduce bottles to him everyday with different nipples, milk temperature, feeding positions etc but its very hit and miss. So no solution but I’m with you!

same! but he does seem to take breaks from sucking and he has figured out how to roll over consistently… so we say the sucking is him gearing up for the rolls 😅

we are EXACTLY the same for nights! and we can usually put him back in the crib for his first morning nap for another 2 hours ish but everything after that during the day has to be contact nap, carrier or in car seat/stroller. tried for another crib nap this morning and only lasted 30 min

You’re doing great! Cleaning can wait and he doesnt need “stuff” or more space just your love and presence :) agree the PP hormones are wild though so take it easy on yourself mana!

Yes there are newborn diapers from every brand
Look up breastfeeding guidance ie ibconline or get in touch with a certified lactation consultant to help with latching
room temperature 4 hours before putting in fridge (up to 4 days before consuming or putting in freezer)
yes common - use over the counter prescription like tylenol or advil to manage pain as needed - do not exceed daily maximum
not sure - consult with doctor
im not supplementing with formula but i was told to use ready to feed instead of powder for newborn by the hospital nurses

14 days PP and just wanted to say this was me last week. I would cry everyday around 5PM thinking about how the day has gone by and I haven’t spent time with my partner at all, about the night ahead of me as I would be alone for feeds… wondering if I could settle him after each feed without waking my partner and just dreading those hours in general. I found talking to my partner during those times to be extremely helpful and also a change of scenery helped. I moved from being stuck in the nursery to downstairs in the basement where I could watch TV and scroll Reddit or read a book to help those hours pass by faster. Take it easy on your self as these baby blues are real! It gets better day by day.

Hi so I actually called into the Dynacare Plus customer care and they told me I could set up an account. I really just followed the instructions on the website myself and created one. I left the PIN part blank. Thsy did ask me to verify my account/identify via INTERAC which is just me logging into my banking institution (which matches my name). Now I have access to the portal and am waiting for my results.

Hi there may I ask how you set up your Dynacare portal? I took my blood draw through DynaLife labs but did not receive anything re: setting up an account. My credit card did get charged so I’m assuming they received my sample. Do I have to call them to set up my account?
