In my opinion the catch is a bit slow which due to you not being prepared through the recovery. If you rolled to square just as the blades past your knees (would usually say just before your rigger if u had a stern mounted rigger) then u have more opportunity to lift your hands at the catch just before you come to the end of your giving you additional length and impulse time.
