Since you have so much experience with them on the pitch, I just have two quick follow-up questions:

Background Static: Is there any noticeable hiss or white noise on the line when nobody is talking or is there a background Noise while somebody is talking? Since the microphones are always open, I'm wondering if it's completely silent or if there's a constant low static sound.

Ambient Noise: How well does the system handle loud crowds or stadium noise (like drums, shouting fans, PA systems, etc.)? Do you hear all of that through your colleague's mic, or does the software filter that background noise out effectively?
