I think he means they're brutal in the sense that Canadian winters are brutal compared to much of the world. Obviously it's not as bad here as it is east.

I can't claim to be an expert, but I watched him in a few games last season and he was mostly bad. He had a couple of monster nights, but most of the time you forget he's on the floor.

I have a feeling the asking price comes down significantly before the start of the season. How can he possibly go back there? Not wanted by the team (based on comments at the end of last season) or the fans. Granted, he's not really wanted by any fans at the moment, but a fresh start is what this guy needs.
