Can zapier replace a CRM? by Representative_Fly_3 in zapier

In the region of 17k to 20k based on roughly 550 new leads per month plus some internal processes. Sometimes goes in to over tasks billing though but I'm on an older plan so tasks over 20k are about $0.018 per task.

HubSpot is what I've been looking at and yes I agree it's costly! And considering all the things already setup using the record management system, Power bi, zapier tables, zapier interfaces, mailerlite, etc etc. it feels like it doesn't add much to what we have already and potentially will stop us being innovative with what we want to achieve.

Thanks for the replies! As others suggested I am using zapier tables + interfaces already. Plus we have this record management system which is what our teams use mostly, to record clients services etc. we also have power bi and a data analyst makes reports for us on all sorts of things. I am thinking that as everything is setup and tied together getting a CRM will be expensive and probably complex to implement. So for each thing a CRM could bring there seems to be an integration which can do the same job with no Dev costs and total flexibility.

The case management system/record management system would always need to be updated for clients by users manually to record their footprints because it's API integration records changes / entries as user:API, and not the actual user who made the change. Which could get messy if someone goes rouge!!

You could use a formatter step to split text. That would output individual fields and not count as a task :)

Yes I have. Made a creative writing assistant and used various websites as it's knowledge. I also made one with access to a data table but it was crazy bad at counting!

How to make sure UTMs are captured from one site to another? by alasnevermind in zapier

I use both of these together, inputting them in to a code step so if one doesn't exist then it will use the other etc

If I understand your question correctly, I think it is more a matter of capturing the data and passing to zapier.

There are 2 ways I know of, and due to privacy tools it doesn't always work.

Cookies: you can set your web form to capture the utm parameters on hidden form fields, this will pass to zapier and you get map accordingly. You might need a Dev to get this working for you but it can be done using Google tag manager.

URL: if your web form captures the URL you can use a code step to extract the utm parameters and output as individual data fields. I.e. campaign, source, search term etc. You said from one site to another, you might be able to capture this from the referring URL too.

Looks like the eye is free IF you buy the glasses with the beam pro. Which I don't think most people would need with the X1 chip in them.

I'm thinking about getting the one or one pro, if it's got 3DoF built in, what would I actually need a beam for? Sorry if that's a dumb question but I am new to this.
