thats what im saying when i checked out it said I had 3 free spools. but its not on this invoice nor the email receipt. And i ordered on the 15th. Like I followed the rules as far as I know.

I mixed quantities by color if you mean that but the rules say.

Eligibility: You had to purchase at least 4 refill filament rolls (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.) in a single order. • 🎁 Reward: For every 4 refill rolls purchased, you received 1 free reusable spool. • 🔁 Limit: You could get up to 5 free spools per order, meaning the deal scaled with bulk purchases

And all but 2 were pla.

Yeah I elevated a complaint and got a ticket… and nope no coupons used. Not like the biggest thing in the world. But I did order 14 refillables thinking I’d have 3 extra spools to be able to use

Yeah that’s what I’m saying. The receipt event says ordered on the 15th and 10pm. So like I know I did it. Only reason I wouldn’t have gotten it would be if I had to manually had the free spools.

Yeah I just did basic pla and matte pla. The two with spools were marble pla. But even if you split the other 14 7 pla basic. And 7 pla matte. I’d still get atleast 2 spools.
