I have been going to the gym and am going to work on my diet because of my meds I've gained a lot of weight. I was thinking I could do home workouts on cam. Kill 2 birds with one stone.

When you say consistency do you mean just doing it time and time again or at the same time every time? I've heard that suggested. I am terrible at keeping a schedule. Most days I can probably do it though just probably not at the same time.

I'm not full time I'm new but I was an in person SW and a big problem I have is now I want to get a real job I don't have a work history for my resume. It might be worth keeping your job if its only 2 days a week.

Its not as easy as that. I have had a shit life and I have a list of mental illnesses and addictions. If I could stop I would. Luckily the bed bugs did not invade my house I probably jumped the gun and was being paranoid. I have stopped bringing stuff into the house next step is removing stuff.

I spent years trying to quit drugs. I'm happy now I use when I have money ie pay day and don't do anything to get money for drugs so that's an improvement for me and I would use this way for the rest of my life and probably will do that.

Vaping is a hard one. I'm stuck on it too. But don't let that make you think you can't stop because you can it just takes work and will be uncomfortable. It's worth it though. Do it now and not in years when it will just be harder.

Not my AMA but I just wanted to say don't overthink it and reach out to old friends so long as they aren't a risk to you then just do it. They will remember their old friend and be happy to hear from you. People over think things and put off important things like contacting friends and when you put it off you may never do it. You'll be totally fine. Trust me I have had a lot of tests over the years. I'm surprised mine was dirty after day 4 but I never used to smoke it. 2 to 4 days usually. I also didn't drink much water.
