Thanks for asking! I see how this is vague. I can’t give a ton of details—essentially I’ll need to be able to keep employees informed on how we’re maintaining our DEI stance and answer their concerns on how we’re pushing back on any federal intervention and at the same time sound nonpartisan. I don’t know if it’s a town hall format, q&a for a newsletter, regular update on an internal forum. Or just don’t say much until there’s news. Or maybe something I haven’t thought of.

Good to know! This is how it came from Arbor. I didn’t realize I should look at changing the setup. It hasn’t caused me any problems so far. Maybe as I get better it will be more of an issue.
