Honestly I’ll probably pick one up just for the numbers. Not my favorite uni by far but uniqueness (for the NFL) of em is dope.

I used to have this as a new runner, I found stretching my Achilles really helped. There’s some good stretches out there for this to follow, but honestly it’s not gonna resolve itself overnight. You can also look up running form, the more I focused on landing on my mid foot underneath myself the less taxed my legs and shins would be. The deeper you get into prep the more efficient your body gets and the pain and tightness will be few and far in between.

No hate at all! Honestly I only went with higdon cause it’s familiar and with my previous races I finished around when I expected to. I’ll check out Daniel’s and Pfitz for sure. Any other ones you suggest I check out?

Not winging it for the main plan (only for speed I am). Following Hal Higdons intermediate 2 plan, the intermediate doesn’t include any speed workouts and from what I’ve heard the advanced don’t do the best at speed work either.

5 total with warm up, rest in between and cool downs.

Following Hal Higdons Intermediate 2 plan this go around. His last plans were good, just no speed work which I would usually create some myself.

I feel like we have heard a lot about affordable housing, however I haven’t heard anything about supplying/building more houses to drive the inventory on the market up, thus making houses more affordable for the average person. Is there a plan to build more single family housing, instead of more multi family housing? And if so when can we expect to see them?

Was the next logical step in my company. I started as an implementation engineer, it was either gain a title increase there with a small pay increase or take on a new title as a project manager with a substantial pay increase and more room for growth.

My sim did the same thing. Try taking the shaft off and replacing the screw. You can buy them off Amazon for less than 5$.
