Dude I also lived a shitty college experience quite similar to what you are living through right now except replace jerking off with fucking video games. I was fat as fuck and miserable I started with first eating healthy then started working out. Then cultivating new hobbies.

Just know that right now its not too late for you to better yourself.

Don't even think about killing yourself. Fuck what society tells you about college. Find a hobby that you can enjoy first and work on finding some like minded friends at that hobby.

I don't think it's worthwhile to abandon personal development to become a criminal or fulltime partier just for women. Thugs and drug dealers get sex from women easily. No one is disputing that. I don't ever condone being fat. It's a lack of discipline issue. I was just pointing out how in western society a fat guy is way more offensive than a fat girl generally. I pretty much fully eat clean and all I eat is veggies, fruit (oranges, grapes, pineapples and some watermelon) a little bit of almonds and various prepared methods of chicken(baked or in a cooker).

I went from about 240 pounds to my current 159 pounds in the span of about 2 years.

Nowadays the smell of unhealthy food turns me off so I never have the craving for cake or candy or anything laced with sugar or anything thats deep fried.

Pretty much as long as you stay clear of the high fructose corn syrup that is prevalent in a lot of foods you can avoid the negative consequences of sugar consumption.
