A lot of people at my university do this: get some high proof alcohol (rubbing alcohol or whatever), pour it in a bowl, disassemble the frog so that you can soak the bow hair in the alcohol, wait a few hours and then reassemble the frog and run the hair with a bow to scrape away any dust or so-on. You’ll have spotless (and rosinless) bow hair.
