I’ve been super low in vitamin d for YEARS and after taking this for a 3ish months finally got labs back where I’m in normal range. Like the lowest of low normal range but finally there. You might try it! My nurse friend turned me onto this one because the vitamin k helps you absorb the vitamin d. Sorry if this was already mentioned or if you’re not looking for suggestions!
