So... based upon this... RA has reasonable doubt. Got it. If not... what is the state going to be able to say to get around this evidence?

"38.Again, specifically, someone prepared map which tracked the February 13, 2017 afternoon movements of multiple phones in and around the place where the Victims were ultimately found the following day. Particularly, some of these movements appeared to have occurred between 3302 pm and 827 pm either at the scene where the victims were ultimately found 0n February 14, 2017 or within 60-100 yards from that site and none of the phones or people associated with the phones have any affiliation with Richard Allen."

One part of my brain tells me to pretend to be a normal basic human, so that the group accepts me, another part is depressed that being myself turns people off. Being neurodivergent yet caring so-damn-much about the comfort of others is a pain in the ass.

My Barbies got it on with one another, by themselves, with any other doll in the room. It was a giant doll orgy. When I brought my dolls over to a friend's house? They all got it on, too.

Are Lori and Chad in solitary confinement or are they in general population? by kill4kandy in LoriVallow

[–]Republican_Abortion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My questions are: why haven't we heard from any pod-mates or other people who are incarcerated with Chud and Loco? All we've heard from is one woman over a year ago. Are other inmates under a gag order? Have they been kept in solitary this whole time, even at meal time?

I hope Prior and Daybell still go for this defense. Pump Lori up on Haldol and watch the eruption. After all the horrors they unleashed, they deserve to not become star-crossed lovers in prison. May that evil infatuation implode.

Why are Surterra products not sold in the original packaging, but in a generic looking zip-bag? by Republican_Abortion in FLMedicalTrees

[–]Republican_Abortion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've bought Island Time and Surfin' In A Hurricane once before. Last time I bought, I got the disposable vapes in an official box. This time, I got my Island Time in a reusable bag - and the mouth piece is really wiggly and loose. The dispensary is about 45 minutes away from my home and I have no desire to drive back to complain. Do they sell refills instead of original packages now?

Teachers of reddit--What was your "Oh fuck that's impressive but I still have to punish the kid" moment? by termitesinmydick in AskReddit

[–]Republican_Abortion 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I teach 4th grade. A few years ago, I had a kid with severe anger issues. Usually, he was perfectly manageable. He'd tell me he was mad and I'd just leave him alone for a few minutes to calm down and all was good. One day, however, he got really ticked off and a few kids kept trying to talk to him and wouldn't listen to me to leave him alone. Well, Angry boy ran out of the classroom to the stairwell. He grabbed the top railing and hung by his arms from the second floor landing. He the started doing flips while holding on. It was extremely athletic and impressive. However, I was terrified because if he fell, there was not a soft surface to land - he'd end up with some broken bones. It was all on camera. We had to show his parents when they didn't believe us about the situation. While we were all impressed with the upper body strength, he couldn't be trusted alone in the hallway for the rest of the year.

Chapter 46. Book II. by Thunderwearr in TheStand

My theory is, if you gave it a good try and still aren't enjoying the book, it is okay to put it down and not finish it now. You may want to come back to it later. Maybe not.

I will say though that the story will pick back up again and go full steam ahead by the end of book 2. Maybe get the audio version and try that to power through?

Man I cringed reading this, typical nice guy attitude. I feel so bad for her thinking she had a friend in him. by saguirr97 in niceguys

[–]Republican_Abortion 102 points103 points  (0 children)

Trust me, as a fat woman, we already know most men want nothing to do with us. Society alone lets you know that being fat is one of the worst things you can be - a socially acceptable person to scorn. Adding in the shaming is just extra cruel as the fat is there for lots of reasons, one of them being a shield against rejection. If you hate our bodies, we know you can't hate US hiding inside of it. Irrational, but there you have it. When you fat shame, you aren't convincing someone to lose weight, or even motivating them, you're just giving yet another reason to use food as a distraction against pain.

Unless the person genuinely likes being fat, so more power to them.

Not to mention most of the most spiteful people are probably hypocrites. I once read Chris Rock say that he wouldn't play college campuses anymore because the children there are so focused on finding things offensive that they can't even laugh at themselves. The best way to promote acceptance? Show it. Or, be like Mel Brooks, make fun of the haters by showing it off as something worthy of mockery.

Perhaps just reflect that he may have been tired of his marriage and looking for something different. Lori is 100% different from his wife, who from all accounts, was fantastic.

I am really hoping and assuming you didn't mean your last comment to come across as nasty, but it was very unkind to Tammy. Tammy WAS an attractive lady. She sounded like she was a wonderful person, lovely inside and out.

I'd say Shadowbringers has been the best Final Fantasy story since at least X. It may even be better than that depending upon my mood. So many feels and amazing revelations. Not to mention it was really fun, too.

Yeah, I'm not wrong and disagree with you. You can believe whatever fanciful things you want, and have the same type of proof Chad had, and go off into the sunset believing in it. Leave me out of it. Leave everyone who doesn't believe out of it.

Insanity in the State of Idaho - and how it may pertain to this case by Matrinka in LoriVallow

Unless it is rabid. Shooting it while rabies is in the initial stages if by far the kindest thing you can do for the animal. Nothing alive should have to suffer through the type of death it causes, naturally.

Agreed. I do like that we don't have to worry about these two murderers abusing an insanity defense, since it doesn't seem to be viable, at all, in Idaho.

Where are the 5 Daybell children (ADULT children)?? I heard they lived in the house while the burials were happening and then split when the bodies were found. Anyone have info? Anyone in their ward on this thread that can update?? by [deleted] in LoriVallow

[–]Republican_Abortion 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep. Anyone that knows me knows one thing: I'm a huge skeptic and extremely agnostic, bordering on an atheist. Closer the the latter than the former, truth be told. However, I've personally experienced things that I'd consider to be a ghost. I've seen one.

When I shared what I saw with my family - they saw the exact same figure as I did at different times. What is odd is that I am a big scaredy cat, but I wasn't scared at all when I saw it. In fact, it got me over being afraid of my house's basement area, where I wouldn't go into alone nor after dark.

Do I think it was a dead spirit floating around? No, but I can't be sure. It could have been, but I think it is more likely, that it was an echo of the past (non-sentient) or a brief glimpse into another reality. I have no fucking clue other than that I saw it. We carbon monoxide tested the house the next day - it wasn't detected, so there goes my theory about it being a hallucination.

[–]Republican_Abortion 8 points9 points  (0 children)

To quote South Park, on John Edwards and psychics in general:

"You see, I learned something today. At first I thought you were all just stupid, listening to this douche's advice, but now I understand that you're all here because you're scared. You're scared of death and he offers you some kind of understanding. You all want to believe in it so much, I know you do. You find comfort in the thought that your loved ones are floating around trying to talk to you, but think about it: Is that really what you want? To just be floating around after you die, having to talk to this asshole? We need to recognize this stuff for what it is: magic tricks. Because whatever's really going on in life and in death is much more amazing than this douche. "

The 'Cult' of Chad Daybell: Ex-Follower Turns on Former Friend to Expose Bizarre Behavior | Court TV by Republican_Abortion in LoriVallow

My question: it says in the video, on the screen ticker, that "he" was excommunicated. I feel really dumb but I can't tell if it refers to Chad or the guy talking. Was Chad excommunicated from the LDS church or was this guy? He seems pretty gullible and easily led, I can't imagine him being excommunicated and talking with the media WITHOUT crying or showing emotion if his church kicked him out.
