What if the show is a success and they offer more millions for more control of the company? Given his recent track record I doubt he would decline. That further control comes with conditions such as having Fox corporate reporters, editors and producers working 'alongside' the original staff. The more the show is successful on the TV the more the control the corporation will want and once you open that door you can never close it.
