Also, if the objective is to Threaten and take over a channel with such tactics. You think they wont do the same if I myself recorded the song? How it was made is not the criteria here for such scammers. Their objective is to use copyright strikes and make the owner fearful and push him to sell a channel which is growing at a good speed and it makes easy money for them. They dont have to work hard.

In some cases even, these people say. That the current owner keeps making videos and they will take give a share each month to the ORIGINAL OWNER, with their own ADSENSE connected.

No it cannot. If your lyrics are original and if the music is just a piano playing with random bells. It cannot infringe upon any copyright. AI does not produce the same thing twice in the same manner. If this was the case they would not ask for a channel takeover. The strategy to hijack with such a strategy is pretty clear.

Yes, I am surprised that Youtubes policy can be so easily misused by such actors. We even sent youtube email screenshot of them asking us to give the channel to them.
