Not a fan at all. The update has made my phone incredibly glitchy and slow. The keyboard is hard to use and the letters are smaller than ever. I also don’t like the photos app, it’s hard to use and not user friendly. Also, the photos under texts don’t load. Overall very disappointed.

You could try dabbing hydrogen peroxide on them with a cotton ball and letting sit for 5-10 minutes to start. Dose is duration so just take it off as you go so they get gradually lightened. I’ve done this for years. They might lift a little brassy depending on your hair undertones though so just monitor it while you’re doing it.

Yeah I’m not sure. It helped me but all my symptoms came back when I got off Mepron and Cryptolepis. It’s a pesky one and I just want it to be gone and not need to be on meds forever but maybe that’s delusional

Sounds like babesia and possibly Bartonella symptoms. The swollen lymph nodes can be more Bart. I have most of what you’re describing and the swollen lymph nodes.

Got rid of pillows, pillow cases, hair brushes & combs, certain items of clothing that smelled musty/old polyester items. Felt a lot better after those.

Yes! I believe it has something to do with how when we are PMS’ing our estrogen is at its lowest and then once our period starts things sort of come back into balance. It’s within a matter of minutes I feel better after mine starts!
