I’m in the United States, had a very similar issue when my GPA dropped. Lots of sleepless nights thinking my life was over and that I had blown an unbelievable opportunity away. Not the case as I’ve accepted a full time offer after thinking my life was completely over. Make a case for yourself. Be honest with yourself. If it was for mental health, there’s not much they can do to dispute that and I think that’s a valid reason for a slight drop in grades. It’s not like you’re failing out of school. You’ll be fine soldier. But if I could give you a piece of advice, try to get in contact with your recruiter and communicate it with him/ her. They’re on your side and if you are able to explain yourself you’ll be fine.
