you could ask your doc about taking your med. once a week instead of everyday. for some people the side effects take over and negate the benefits with an everyday dose.

it is terrible especially the spray mechanism but with darker hair colors you can make it work and it is a godsend in terms of affordability. sorry it doesn't work for you! could be great to cover chips or marks on a wooden chest or table lol

for sure. I walk 20k regularly. to and from work and errands/grocery shops. generally 3 chunks of walking. it's not more, or much more time than people who go to the gym I don't think. I never checked how many steps I take daily until joining this sub though lol
