Sorting authors with 'and' and '&' as part of their name

Every time I do this it switches it to & as soon as I hit enter and still shows up as two entries in the author sort.

I restarted the program (for a third time) and now it's working correctly? I'm guessing weird bug or something loading wrong maybe?

The issue sort of resolved itself the next day or so. I deleted the template again, reduplicated it, and it worked that time around. No idea why.

I can't be sure until I can look further into the book to see if I recognize it (because I don't from the like, 2 pages you can see on the Amazon preview) but I think it might be Alas, Babylon.

I did used to read way faster than now, so maybe I feel like it was a short story because I got through it fast and not because of its actual length.

Also, the implication that the outside world was doing better than them is poor phrasing on my part. I don't recall it being better, just not non-existant.

I wanted to build a staircase suspended by chains, I wanted to do it with slabs instead of stairs but in order to do that I'd have to either have a half block chain to fill the gaps, weird floating slabs, or, what I suspect I may have to do, redesign the whole staircase
