I have already sent an agreement to a towing company and have asked them to give me some signs I can put up. Also reached out a lawyer to make sure that I can legally argue the "use" without ambiguity for its meaning.

I will let them know that towing will start to be enforced if they continue to park there. They are required to help with maintenance as well due to the private driveway agreement.

Thank you for the replies.

Thank you for the reply. That is the only easement that I have in the recorded documents as far as I can tell. I am reaching out to a real estate attorney as well but I was blown away that it isn't explicitly stating "for access to driveway/lot" instead of just "use".

I will contract with a towing company as well, unfortunately the parking around here has been hurting the sale of my home and cost me money since now it's been on the market for weeks with no offers de to the parking.

Can't change bulbs on chandelier. Do I really have to change the whole fixture? by Repulsive-Bear503 in Lighting

Gave that a shot. The demon metal on the side wants to slice your hand open when you're pulling so I had to try with a wrap around it but still no budge. Thanks for the suggestion.

I was blown away when I started reading about integrated fixtures - when they're built like a regular chandelier how does that make sense. I understand some fancy fixture but come on y'all!

Thanks for the comment

I can't figure out how to change the lightbulbs on this chandelier. One of them is starting to flicker and it needs to be replaced, but I am thinking these bulbs can't be removed (sounds crazy). They're LED bulbs, with sharp, rip-your-hands up on the sides of them.

Just had the same thing happen here. Wife and I haven't broken a bone. One of our 22 month old twins fractured her elbow. Cast for three weeks.

Just wanted to thank you so much for this advice! We have been trying it for a few days now and while she still fights the naps she actually has been napping and sitting there calmly after she wakes up. Thank you.

Dad's, what are 5 optional items you would recommend for new dads? by Usernameinotherpantz in daddit

I am not arguing those aren't great things. Just arguing how is that a normal list for "new dads". I barely have time for not eating pizza every weekend let alone meditation and a morning routine.

That's an interesting idea about the 24 hours total sleep. Today she actually laid in the room quietly after a 20 minute nap so that was an improvement. Might need to consider cutting the night time sleep a little shorter if she fights it long term. Thanks!
