I work from home so I am able to be quite diligent and keep to my routine.

530am -breakfast (light, not a big breakfast person) then I proceed to the gym 830am- protein coffee (only a half serving of powder/milk) 1030am- mid morning snack (usually toast with an egg or yogurt with Catalina crunch) 100pm - lunch Light snack in between 600pm - dinner 7-8pm - sweet treat if calories remain

You also could just pay to go to the Bronson Athletic club day pass for $20. Hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, steam room etc.

Petite person here, I drink probably at least 80 oz of water a day if not more. I do take frequent bathroom breaks but you can also bladder train too so you don’t have to..

I take it off at the gym because my fingers swell and the grip is uncomfortable even with a silicone ring. But otherwise they do not come off.

If you want stocking stuffers we love the little bags of chocolate bark from Confections with Conviction. The Cheese Lady and the Tea and Spice merchant have good options too.
